How does the 30-day trial work?
Sign up and get full Pro or Pro+ access for 30 days completely free. No credit card required. After 30 days your account automatically moves to the Basic free tier.
Are there automatic renewals?
No. TransL8 Bot uses a pay-when-you-want model. You choose when to extend your access for another 30 days. You will never be charged automatically.
What happens when my access expires?
Your account drops to the Basic free tier automatically. Your settings and data are saved. Simply pay to extend when you're ready and everything picks back up.
What is the fair usage policy?
Unlimited translations are subject to fair usage to protect service quality for all users. The vast majority of streamers will never hit these limits. See our Terms of Service for full details.
What is Multi-Language Auto-Detection?
Our Smart ML system automatically detects the languages being spoken in your chat and translates each message into your target language in real-time — no manual setup needed.
What is YouTube Chat Overlay (Beta)?
YouTube translation is currently in beta testing. Pro+ subscribers get free access as we refine the feature. It is included at no extra cost.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable as access is granted immediately upon purchase. If you have a billing issue, contact us at transl8bot@gmail.com within 30 days.
