Sign up free and you'll get 30 days of full Pro or Pro+ features at no cost. No credit card required! After 30 days, your account automatically moves to the free Basic tier — no charges ever.

How do I get started?

What languages do you support?
TransL8 supports 49+ languages on all tiers, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and many more.
Can I ignore specific words or users?
Yes! All tiers let you add words and usernames to your ignore list. Messages from ignored users or containing ignored words won't be translated.
How do I use custom emotes?
TransL8 automatically filters emotes from Twitch, BetterTTV, FrankerFaceZ, and 7TV. They won't be translated – no setup needed!
Billing & Subscriptions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
What's your refund policy?
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, under UK consumer rights, you have 14 days from your first subscription to request a full refund. After that, no refunds are available for active subscriptions.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can change plans at any time. Simply pay for your chosen tier when you're ready — there are no automatic charges or billing cycles.
What happens if I don't subscribe after the trial?
Your account moves to the Basic tier — free forever with 1 platform and 1,000 translations per month. You can top up at any time to restore Pro or Pro+ access.

My bot isn't translating – what should I do?
Try these steps:
1. Check that "Auto-Translate" is toggled ON in your dashboard
2. Verify your target language is set correctly
3. Check if messages are on your ignore list
4. Restart your stream
